    Yuval has over 15 years of high-tech experience. He was a co-founder and CEO at Soligence, a VC-backed provider of optimization technology that was licensed to NASA. Yuval holds a M.Sc. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow and a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from the Weizmann Institute of Science. He is the founder of BridgePartner, an after-school enrichment program for children and he also volunteers as a coach at AYSO and Little League.

    Karen Matthys has over 20 years of marketing and business strategy experience. Karen is a Principal at Indigo Partners, a strategic marketing consulting firm. Prior to consulting, Karen was a Director at Cellular One and held various positions at Apple. She currently serves on the board of the Palo Alto school district's education foundation and on the district's sustainable school committee. Karen holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

    Chief Software Architect

    Rudy brings over 13 years of system architecture and software development experience. Rudy is a Senior IT Architect at Tangent Logic and serves as Chief Architect of UpToUs. He is an extremely talented engineer who also contracted in the past with VMware and Sony Computer Entertainment America. Rudy holds a B.SC. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Philippe Bouissou

Advisor

Phillippe has over 18 years of experience in the software and Internet industries, having held venture capital positions in marketing, sales and executive management. Currently, Philippe is a Managing Partner at Milestone Group. He previously served as a General Partner with two early-stage venture firms: Ventech and Allegis Capital. Before moving into the venture market, Philippe was Director of Worldwide Internet Commerce at Apple, where he created the online Apple Store. A graduate of the Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris, Philippe holds a Ph.D. in Physics (chaos theory) from University of Paris, France. He has two children in elementary school.

Paul Brody

Paul is the COO of Sococo, a social communication startup. Prior to joining Sococo, he was Vice President, Products at Yahoo! and the Head of Yahoo Groups. Paul delivered Yahoo's products and services and led Yahoo's community initiatives. Paul also managed the global infrastructure for Yahoo's 250+MM registered users. Paul has a BS and MS in Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

W. Scott Lohmann

Scott is a SVP of Sales for Advance Restaurant Finance. He also serves as Co-President of his local education foundation, which annually grants over $2M to the local public school district. Previously, Scott was the President of SchoolPop, a fund-raising company. Before SchoolPop, he spent many years as SVP of Sales with Entertainment Publications, Inc., where he was in charge of a division that sold popular school and non-profit fund-raising products, such as The Entertainment Book and Sally Foster Giftwrap. Scott received a B.A. degree in Psychology and Sociology from McDaniel College. He lives in Menlo Park, with his wife and two young boys.
